The LCRDM Task Group on Research Software Sustainability has published their report: “Research software sustainability in the Netherlands: Current practices and recommendations”. DANS is part of the Task Group.

On Tuesday March 2nd the FAIRsFAIR National Roadshow series kicked off in the Netherlands. The event was organised in collaboration between LCRDM and DANS (FAIRsFAIR Project Coordinator).

On Thursday, March 25, three Dutch tools will be launched to keep digital information sustainably accessible. These are Wegwijzer Duurzaamheidsbeleid, Wegwijzer Voorkeursformaten and Wegwijzer Certification. DANS will present the workshop Wegwijzer Certification in Dutch.

As part of the FAIRsFAIR Week 2021, which takes place from 7 to 15 April, FAIRsFAIR will present an overview of the main results and solutions of the stakeholders and the FAIRsFAIR community for the integration of FAIR on 13 April.

Recently, representatives from the ten repositories that have been selected for the FAIRsFAIR Certification Support initiative joined an online support workshop. The objective of the event was to discuss long-term preservation planning in relation to the CoreTrustSeal requirements and share best practices.
