Collection datasets ‘Women in decision-making’

15 July 2022

The collection datasets ‘Women in decision-making’ are now available in EASY through a Thematic collection page. Previously the sets could be found as separate items in EASY, now they are bundled on an overview page.

The research

Since 2000, the Social and Cultural Planning Office (SCP) has commissioned a survey every two years to measure the proportion of women in decision-making positions in the market and in civil society. This survey is part of the Emancipation Monitor, which aims to provide a cross-section of the course of the emancipation process. The response including organisations from which information has been obtained via the Internet is 414 organisations in ViB2020: 163 companies, 167 non-profit institutions and 84 social organisations.

The longitudinal design was chosen to determine the variable names in the more recent measurements.
