CLARIAH DataDay

Event date:

22 April 2022

Location: DANS office/online

On Friday April 22, DANS will host the first CLARIAH DataDay. The event will be a hands-on meeting with repository managers from different CLARIAH partner institutions working together towards developing the CLARIAH FAIR Dataset Registry.

In close collaboration with CLARIAH’s Interest Group Curation, we will organize this first CLARIAH DataDay on  April 22, 2022. The event will take place at the DANS office, Anna van Saksenlaan 51 in The Hague, from 9.30 to 16.00. Online participation will also be facilitated.

During the DataDay, we will have two working sessions, each focusing on a particular aspect that needs to be discussed in the context of the FAIR Dataset Registry. In the morning, our discussion will focus on data normalisation and in the afternoon we will discuss the granularity of the holdings of the various repositories, and discuss what counts as a dataset from these different perspectives.

Target audience

We kindly invite repository managers from CLARIAH partner institutions and/or members of the IG Curation, and others involved in data curation and the development of the CLARIAH FAIR Dataset Registry, to join and share their input.
