The vulnerability that the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) warns about is in Apache Log4j2, software that is widely used for keeping digital logs. Parts of EASY and DataverseNL also use this software. DANS has mitigated this vulnerability on Saturday, December 11, and both systems have been safeguarded in the meantime. Attempts to use the exploit have been identified but none of these were successful.
