Recently added to EASY: Continuous Monitor Citizen Perspectives (2013-2016)

4 February 2019

The Netherlands Institute for Social Research (SCP) has published the Continuous Monitor Citizen Perspectives (COB, 2013-2016), which contains results on changes on public opinion of the Netherlands. The SCP focuses on the attitudes of the Dutch population to social, ideological and political issues as revealed in public opinion polls; the other research strand is focused on people’s lives and their behaviour in terms of how they spend their time and use services.

Furthermore, the SCP directs its research on the source of public opinion. Recurring topics are: economic expectations, institutional trust, citizen priorities, and satisfaction amongst Dutch citizens. Since 2008, a large survey on citizen perspectives is held four times a year, amongst 1000 Dutch citizens of 18 year or older. A number of additional topics are discussed every quarter of a year. The COB survey is held by MarketResponse Nederland BV.
