Call for Sessions: SciDataCon 2021

SciDataCon 2021 is part of International Data Week (IDW) 2021, which is organised by the International Science Council’s Committee on Data (CODATA), the World Data System (WDS) and the Research Data Alliance (RDA) from 8 to 11 November 2021. Session proposals for SciDataCon 2021 can be submitted until 30 April 30.

International Data Week 2021 comprises two integral events: the 18th RDA Plenary and SciDataCon 2021. SciDataCon is a conference for peer-reviewed research and practice presentations, which covers all aspects of the role of data in research, society and policy. The overarching theme of IDW 2021 and SciDataCon 2021 is Data to Improve our World. Session proposals associated with this theme are particularly welcome.

The conference takes place both online and onsite in Seoul, hosted by the Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI), committed by from the Ministry of Science and ICT, Seoul Metropolitan Government and National Library of Korea, with support from the Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science (KRISS), Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU), Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine and the Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources.
