24 February: SSHOC Webinar on preserving oral sources

CLARIN and SSHOC T6.2 organise a webinar to discuss best practices for preserving oral source materials. DANS participates in the SSHOC project within the Consortium of European Social Science Data Archives (CESSDA) .

The event is organised by CLARIN Café, which offers researchers, teachers, students and experts an interactive space for discussion. The webinar will take place on 24 February 2021, from 14:00 to 16:00, and will be hosted by Silvia Calamai (CLARIN-IT) and Véronique Ginouvès (CLARIN-FR), who will present on:

  • two ethnomusicological collections from French museums and the catalogue of Michel Seurat’s sound archives
  • the Italian Vademecum with useful information for the treatment of oral sources
