The interest in our guide and generally in workshops and conferences discussing FAIRness and Open Science for qualitative data has been growing. This illustrates a great need for support and guidance on how qualitative data can be managed and made FAIR.
We want our guide to remain a useful tool for anyone working with qualitative data and we are now working towards a new version of the guidebook to be published early this summer. In the new version we aim to provide an update to the available information, include more tools and services and generally improve the guidebook based on the feedback we have received in the last two years.
To make the guidebook even more effective, we invite the broader community to provide comments and suggestions for improvements. To provide feedback, an editable version of the guide is available on Surfdrive until April 24th for anyone to make suggestions and collaboratively work on the update. The document can be edited in your browser by clicking on “View/Edit in Collabora”. The document cotains specifications on how feedback and input can be provided. Follow this link to provide your feedback. We will acknowlegde all contributors in the Zenodo publication.
We hope to receive many comments that we can evaluate for the new version of the guide which we plan to release early this summer.
