Today (7 November, 17:00 CET) a webinar will be held – presented by computer science engineer Gianmaria Silvello (University of Padua) – concerning the subject ‘Automatically generating citation text from queries (RDA Recommendation 10)’. Registration is possible here.
On Thursday 9 November (13:00 CET) the next webinar is planned, with the subject ‘The Atlas of Knowledge: navigating the RDA’s activities’. RDA-project manager and researcher Simon Lambert will talk about The Atlas of Knowledge, an online system, developed within the RDA Europe project, intended to present the activities of the Working Groups and Interest Groups in a concise, contextualised way to help make sense of them and to find usable results. The webinar will include a demonstration of the system.
On Monday 27 November (14:00 CET) Bridget Almas (lead software developer and architect for The Alpheios Project) will present on her experiences within the RDA community and how these have helped inform her understanding of the data management needs of the digital humanities projects on which she has worked.
