The Ad Hoc Programme consists of sessions within varying categories: Lightning Talks, Digital Preservation Games, and Original Digital Preservation Graphics. These sessions will have a lightweight submission process and will be coordinated and lightly reviewed by the iPRES 2019 Programme Committee. There is no formal peer review process and the abstracts will not be part of the conference proceedings.
iPRES 2019 is hosted by the Dutch Digital Heritage Network, which is a collaboration of several leading Dutch heritage institutes. DANS will also be present at iPRES 2019.
