The Web Archiving Conference aims to develop and engage a global community of practise, amongst web archiving practitioners, collection managers, technologists, researchers, and strategists. This year’s theme will be: Expanding Horizons: how we build, use, and sustain web archives. The conference will be followed by a two-day Archives Unleashed datathon, that will bring together a small group of participants to gain a hands-on experience of working with web archives.
The conference will be held in Montréal, hosted by the facilities of the Bibliothèque et Archives Nationales de Québec. The events are organised in partnership with Library and Archives Canada and University of Toronto Libraries.
