DANS is happy to announce that Project K-PLEX, Knowledge Complexity will officially be funded under H2020.

As CESSDA is completing the process of becoming a full European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ERIC), the Consortium is seeking qualified candidates for the full-time position of Director.

On September 1 Albert Merono Penuela and Ashkan Ashkpour, the two doctoral students of the CEDAR project, will present the results of four years of research on historical census data and semantic technologies.

DANS will collaborate with Inria (France) on the development of the Software Heritage Initiative. On June 30 Inria officially announced the collaboration with DANS with the launch of the Software Heritage website.

Project proposals for small data projects (KDPs) can be submitted before October 1.

DANS is accepted unconditionally as Regular Member of the International Council for Science – World Data System (ICSU-WDS). With this certification WDS sees DANS as a trustworthy party in terms of authenticity, integrity, confidentiality and availability of data and services.
