The 16th edition of the International Digital Curation Conference (IDCC) will take place in virtual format on 19 April in Edinburgh. Ingrid Dillo, deputy director of DANS, will speak at the conference.

The International Digital Curation Conference (IDCC) is an established annual event with a unique place in the digital curation community, reaching out to individuals, organisations and institutions across all disciplines and domains involved in curating data and providing an opportunity to get together with like-minded data practitioners to discuss policy and practice.

IDCC21 will take place as a co-located event with the RDA’s 17th Plenary. The two events will be complementary in content and together they will form a virtual Edinburgh data week that will tackle a broad range of topics in research data management. Ingrid Dillo, deputy director of DANS, will speak about “Focus on FAIR: a renewed acquaintance with DANS” in the lightning talks.
