A few years ago, three universities received an NWO-grant to integrate information from Malta excavations (called ‘Oogst van Malta’) into one coherent picture of the past. The e-depot for Dutch archeology (EDNA) has advocated for archiving all digital results of these projects. Now new scientific insights can be obtained. The ‘Oogst van Malta’ can be seen as a perfect example of archiving and re-use of scientific data.
The data are archived at DANS, also coordinator of the project.
