DataverseNL

Store, share and publish research data online, during the research period and up to the prescribed term of ten years after its completion. That is DataverseNL.

DataverseNL is a Dutch network of data repositories, which uses software developed by Harvard University. The software is used worldwide.

DataverseNL is jointly offered by participating institutes and DANS. Since 2014, DANS has been managing the network; the participating institutes are responsible for managing the deposited data in the local repositories. Every institution participates in the Dataverse Advisory Board, which determines the policies of the service. Local managers exchange their experiences, together they develop "good practices" in the field of research data management within the management consultation.

Institutes pay a fixed fee for participation in DataverseNL. In addition, the storage costs of the data are charged.
