With three publication series, DANS is offering a forum for discussion and exchange of knowledge on collecting and disseminating of digital research data.
- DANS Studies in Digital Archiving. Contributions to the dissemination of knowledge on different aspects of digital data archiving
- DANS Data Guides. Publications providing basic information on specific data sets held by DANS or by DANS partners
- DANS Symposium Publications. DANS frequently organizes scholarly symposia and workshops about data related issues. Reports of these are published in the series DANS Symposium Publications
The series are open to authors who are not associated with DANS. Information about publishing can be requested by email via info at dans.knaw.nl.
